Returns
We want you to be happy with your order! Therefore, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if the postmarked date is within 7 days of your order’s arrival. The item must be in its purchased condition in order to receive a refund.

Repairs
We 100% stand by the quality of each ilaa & b piece and the materials used and provide a 3 month guarantee of craftsmanship. If your piece requires a repair due to a fault in materials or craftsmanship, we will provide shipping and repairs.

But if your piece is damaged or needs to be re-strung due to circumstances beyond ilaa & b’s control, the costs for repair are determined on an individual basis. 

These costs do not include return shipping.
